5. Bookings and Payments

5.1 Booking Lessons

When booking a lesson:

• You agree to pay the teacher's stated rate
• Payment is processed at the time of booking
• You must attend scheduled lessons or cancel in advance

5.2 Cancellation Policy

• 24+ hours notice: Full refund
• Less than 24 hours: No refund (at teacher's discretion)
• No-show: No refund

5.3 Refunds

Refunds are processed according to our cancellation policy. In case of technical issues preventing a lesson, we will provide a full refund or reschedule.

6. Teacher Responsibilities

Teachers on our platform agree to:

• Provide accurate credentials and qualifications
• Maintain professional conduct
• Honor scheduled lessons
• Provide quality educational content
• Respond to student inquiries promptly
• Follow Islamic teaching principles

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Platform Content

All content on IslamicEdu, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by IslamicEdu or its licensors and protected by copyright laws.
