Password Requirements:

• Minimum 8 characters
• At least one uppercase letter (A-Z)
• At least one lowercase letter (a-z)
• At least one number (0-9)
• At least one special character (!@#$%^&*)

How to Change Password:

1. Go to your Dashboard
2. Click on "Settings"
3. Select "Security"
4. Click "Change Password"
5. Enter current password
6. Enter new password twice
7. Click "Update Password"

Password Reset Process:

1. Go to login page
2. Click "Forgot Password?"
3. Enter your email address
4. Check your email for reset link
5. Click the link (valid for 1 hour)
6. Create a new password
7. Log in with new password

Editable Information:

• Profile Picture: Update your photo
• Personal Info: Name, date of birth, country
• Contact Info: Email, phone number
• Time Zone: Set your local time zone
• Language: Choose preferred language
• Notification Preferences: Email, SMS, push notifications

Why Verify Email:

• Required to book lessons
• Receive important notifications
• Password reset capability
• Account security

How to Verify:

1. Check email inbox after registration
2. Click verification link
3. Your account is now verified
4. Didn't receive? Click "Resend Verification Email"

Control Your Privacy:

• Profile Visibility: Public or private profile
• Show Email: Hide email from other users
• Show Phone: Hide phone number
• Activity Status: Show/hide online status
• Search Visibility: Appear in search results

Customize Notifications:

• Email Notifications: Lesson reminders, messages, updates
• SMS Notifications: Urgent lesson reminders
• Push Notifications: Browser/app notifications
• Marketing Emails: Promotions and news (optional)

How to Delete Account:

1. Go to Settings > Account
2. Scroll to "Delete Account"
3. Click "Request Account Deletion"
4. Enter your password
5. Select reason for leaving
6. Confirm deletion
7. Account will be deleted within 30 days

Stay Safe Online:

• Never Share Password: Don't share with anyone, including support
• Log Out on Shared Devices: Always log out on public computers
• Beware of Phishing: We never ask for passwords via email
• Use Secure Connection: Avoid public WiFi for sensitive actions
• Keep Software Updated: Update browser and operating system
• Monitor Account Activity: Check for suspicious activity
