1 Finding the Right Teacher
Search and Filter Options:
- By Subject: Select from Quran, Arabic, Hadith, Fiqh, and more
- By Price: Set your budget range (hourly rates)
- By Rating: Filter by teacher ratings (1-5 stars)
- By Availability: Find teachers available at your preferred times
- By Experience: Choose teachers with specific years of experience
2 Viewing Teacher Profiles
Each teacher profile includes:
- Profile Picture and Bio: Get to know your potential teacher
- Qualifications: View certificates and educational background
- Teaching Experience: Years of experience and specializations
- Hourly Rate: Clear pricing information
- Student Reviews: Read feedback from other students
- Introduction Video: Watch a short video introduction
- Availability Calendar: See available time slots

3 Booking a Lesson
Step-by-Step Booking Process:
- Click on "Book Lesson" on the teacher's profile
- Select your preferred date from the calendar
- Choose an available time slot
- Select lesson duration (30, 45, or 60 minutes)
- Add any special requests or notes for the teacher
- Review the booking details and total cost
- Click "Confirm and Pay"
- Complete the payment process
Booking Requirements:
- Lessons must be booked at least 24 hours in advance
- You can book up to 30 days in advance
- Sufficient wallet balance or valid payment method required

5 Rescheduling a Lesson
How to Reschedule:
- Go to "My Lessons" in your dashboard
- Find the lesson you want to reschedule
- Click "Reschedule"
- Select a new date and time from available slots
- Confirm the new schedule
Rescheduling Policy:
- Free rescheduling up to 24 hours before the lesson
- Rescheduling within 24 hours may incur a fee
- Maximum 2 reschedules per booking
6 Canceling a Lesson
Cancellation Process:
- Navigate to "My Lessons"
- Select the lesson to cancel
- Click "Cancel Lesson"
- Select a cancellation reason
- Confirm cancellation
Cancellation Policy:
- More than 24 hours before: Full refund to wallet
- 12-24 hours before: 50% refund
- Less than 12 hours: No refund
- Teacher cancellation: Always full refund + 10% credit
7 Lesson Reminders
You'll receive automatic reminders:
- 24 hours before: Email reminder
- 1 hour before: Email and in-app notification
- 15 minutes before: Final reminder with "Join Lesson" button

8 Recurring Lessons

- Get a 10% discount on packages of 5+ lessons
